MSN AgentCQ is a superb freeware title which adds a little life and individuality to MSN Messenger from Microsoft (R). With MSN AgentCQ you can add personal auto replies for each person on your contact list and for EACH state/mode that you are in (e.g. you can have a 'BUSY' message for 'John' on your contact list like.. 'I'm busy right now John, I'll get back to you

soon' and you can also have a different message for when you are 'AWAY'.
